Starting at £15 per session, Scion Fitness makes it easy for you to invest in the highest level of meditation teaching.
Your teacher can come to you for you to learn in the comfort of your own home, you can have your sessions online or at top venues including the wonderful Yoga Tree in Norwich's stunning, ancient town centre with its friendly, relaxed atmosphere.
Maybe you would like to form a small group and learn together, or perhaps you prefer for your teacher to be 100% focused on you.
